Laura, a native Texan, holds a B.A. in Interior Design from Incarnate Word University and has built an impressive career in the furniture industry, advancing from sales to executive leadership roles across Houston, Dallas, and Anchorage. She has worked with leading brands such as Herman Miller, Mohawk Industries, Teknion, and Arteriors, and is known for her passion for educating clients and helping others succeed. Active in her community, Laura serves as Director of Programs for NEWH Dallas and has long been dedicated to philanthropy through board service and volunteer work both locally and internationally.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys thrifting and giving new life to forgotten pieces. The thrill of finding a hidden gem makes it all worthwhile.

A one-word description for Anita might be “NatureGirl.” She grew up walking through the woods with her dad identifying rare wildflowers, and today Anita can often be found using the Merlin app to identify bird songs. A hummingbird nearby sparks pure delight, she’ll brake for mountain rhododendron views, and Texas native plants fill her yard.
Anita studied textiles at the University of Alabama, an experience that led to her first sales role as a Fiber Consultant for a carpet fiber manufacturer (DuPont). As the green building movement gained momentum, she joined the first USGBC chapter in Houston and earned her LEED AP certification.
Anita’s career evolved into flooring, where she built deep product expertise through roles with USFloors and Shaw. She later moved into interior design with a home renovation contractor, helping homeowners bring their visions to life. Today, Anita enjoys showcasing beautiful products with Prosper Resource, sharing them with designers, and still loving every “ooh” and “ahh” along the way.

After earning a bachelor’s in environmental and interior design at Purdue University, Jana worked for several decades in corporate and residential design to create a human context for work and home environments. Her continued interest in comfort and productivity led her to the study of Human Factors and Ergonomics, and ultimately a position on Herman Miller’s ergonomic team. Jana understands the importance of applying basic principles in her field, working closely with her clients to assist with product selection, according to their specific needs, aesthetic & work style.
Her scope of knowledge has successfully guided clients in Residential, Corporate, Healthcare, Education and Government entities to find applicable solutions.
As a passionate philanthropist, Jana aids in local fundraising for food banks, VFW projects, and pet shelters.
